You agree to pay a yearly membership fee of £15.00p and a flat fee of £5.00p per you lead you want to buy

We supply the job details to 5 vetted contractors

When we give you a customers details, You visit and discuss the details of the job with the customer, You then submit your quote to us, We scrutinise your quote

Quotes must itemised, For each item of material with costs then seperate cost for labour and a brief spec of work to be done and the outline of how you will tackle the work

The 3 quotes representing best quality and value will be recommended to the customer, they will contact their preferred contractor, from there you agree terms with them and review apart our involvement and liability ends.

If you do not re-submit your insurance certificates and professional registrations each year and pay your yearly fee your account may be suspended.

We will ask customers to send in reviews after each job, And we will award a star rating, Based on the number of good reviews that you recieve.

You must not sub contract work to other trades without agreement from ourselves and the customers.

Refunds. if a customer is not contactable we will refund the purchase fee if we find this to be the case,
